If a tester uninstalls your app mid-way through the testing period, they are automatically flagged as inactive and no longer count toward your 12. My12AppTesters detects this and replaces the inactive tester with a new one so your 14-day window continues uninterrupted. Once your 14-day closed testing period is complete with 12 active testers, you can submit your production access request in Google Play Console.
